Loving God and His children, Dr. Cooper desires to help and save the lost with a passion to make the young, as well as mature men and women, see how beautiful they truly are inside and out.
Conscious that only God knows what will take place in her life and where He is taking her, Cooper maintains a willingness to go. “With Christ all things are possible.”
Dr. Constance Cooper, PhD is an author and mother of four beautiful children. She is also a cosmetologist, make up artist by profession and a lover of fashion—she loves her shoes and handbags. She has earned her A.A. degree in Biblical studies, a Bachelors degree in Theology and recently obtained a Masters degree in Christian Counseling and now she has her Doctorate degree in Theology. She is officially Dr. Constance Cooper! Cooper cherishes the time she spends with God in His Word, His Presence, and His love. Among her other passions is family, wholeness and growing in His Word together and allowing Him to direct their paths through faith. “For without faith it is impossible to please God.”
In her first book "The Chronicles of Connie," she shares about who she was and what God did for her. You will discover the ups, downs, and the in between. Her message is that the Lord can be with us the whole time and you would never know if you don’t take the time to slow down and pray. Through your own healing, you’re enabled to help someone else find theirs. When you believe in Him, His Word, and His power, you too can be healed, delivered and set free. She desires to please God by being transparent in order to get the lost to believe that there is still hope for them. Through the testimony of “The Chronicles of Connie,” she endeavored to give hope to a lost and dying world--that with Jesus we all have hope, because our hope is in Him and that they will be free just like her. “For whom the Son sets free, is free indeed.” “Thank you Jesus for setting me free. I love you all,” says Dr. Cooper. In her release, “Another Part of Me,” Dr. Cooper shows you another facet of her life—vulnerability, brokenness and fragility. Yet she shares how God is not so complicated, and so far from us that His presence is not available to come for us and see about us. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ in this world to die a substitutionary death to redeem us. Through that grace, God is not unreachable, untouchable, or unloving.
"From the time I met her up until now, I have always thought of her as an extraordinary woman of God, and a unique tool in the hands of God. Her anointing and service to the body of Christ is unmatched. She has the amazing ability to capture your heart whenever she speaks and never makes you feel as if she us talking at you, but with you. Spending any amount of time with her will leave you knowing that you are not alone and someone cares. She responds to the needs of people in ways that are loving and accepting. Shepherding her is a privilege that I do not take lightly. I and the Lily of the Valley Christian Center here in Oakland, California cherish and love Dr. Constance Cooper.
I have read many books only to put them down halfway through. Most of them failed to connect. In other words, I could not see myself in the characters of the book. this will not happen in Dr. Cooper's latest project "in the Shadows of Abuse" Her "bare all" writing style is so refreshing to the body of Christ. At first, you are just reading, but after a while you are engulfed into the clutches of Dr. Cooper's reality. I promise you will end every chapter wondering what is going to happen next. The strangest thing happens halfway through the book. You are no longer reading about Dr. Cooper you are reading about yourself. This is one of those books where you find you. We all in some shape or fashion have been abused, overlooked, taken for granted and devalued.
These are real issues that have caused real hurt and pain. Fortunately, this project teaches us that there is an applicable way to defeat the heaviness and the depression left by unprofitable relationships. I am grateful to God for sending someone like Dr. Cooper to the body of Christ. Get the book and take the journey from dejection to exultation.

"'The Chronicles of Connie' are real; there are times you want to cry as you read through the pages of her struggle. There are times you will sit in disbelief as she tells her story,
but as you read through the pages there is one thing for sure, you're sure to meet
Jesus who was her guiding light; You're sure to meet Jesus who is all powerful;
You're sure to meet Jesus who surely saved her life."

"Her book ["The Chronicles of Connie"] takes the glamour and
eventually the fun out of substance use and I hope that young people will,
after reading her book, walk away with this notion."

"Constance has revealed her diligence in evangelistically serving the Lord
through her obedience in writing 'The Chronicles of Connie.' She fearlessly tells the story of her life with a transparency about the struggles and the victories that is truly captivating.
Throughout the pages, she gives all glory to the Lord God for all things, even for what
is to come. For she knows and acknowledges that her times and
seasons are in the hands of the Lord and He is yet making
her to become what He has planned, purposed and destined for her life."
